Do you know how much sugar you consume in a day?

I don't know myself but I'm limiting myself seeing the things I like that taste good has like coke hills tall of coc-sugar. I mean sugar. Like this soda I got here, coca-cola. 55g of sugar... with some more= 110% of sugar. That's way more than a cocaine hill, it's like scar face amount of sugar. (i imagine) sooo just wondering... because it's 12:40.

I keep it down to like a few grams a day. Or two weeks... don't have that much of a sweet tooth.

You might be surprised just how much sugar is in products that don't even taste that sweet such as ketchup. Your average bottle of ketchup has the equivalent of 3/4 of the bottle filled with dugsr in it.

It pays to read the nutritional info on products, another problem is the huge amount of sodium in prepared foods.

I have honey in my coffee and it comes to about 12g.
Otherwise I’ll drink kombucha and there’s about 1.6g in 100ml. Drinking about 330ml about twice a week.
In my veg a day there’s about 20g.

dont drink tea coffee
dont eat pre paid foods
make own sauces etc
nothing worng with tinned tomatoes pulses etc
make own baked beans
