How many calories do you eat per day?

I probably eat less than 1500 calories a day. I never snack and do a 16 hours interval diet since more than 8 years.


Usually, I have breakfast around noon during my lunch break at uni. Most of the time, it consists of fine oats, 1 Greek yogurt, a few almonds and walnuts, raspberries, blueberries or strawberries when in season. Sometimes, I substitute the yogurt with 3% milk.


Dinner is usually around 7PM and whenever possible, I prepare something light base on the Mediterranean cuisine, with lots of veggies, olive oil and a fruit as desert.


Those 2 meals keep me covered the entire day.

I have no idea nor the time to count them. I don't seem to get fat so guess I'm on track.

no idea, i don't count my calories but it does vary from day to day because sometimes i forget to eat until the evening time
