Depends on my current weight, goals, energy levels, recovery needs, etc. But here's a chart of my recent weight fluctuations:

That 2265cals is just my maintenance intake I use as a place holder under I log more cals.

I recently ate in a huge surplus because I was bored & because I can afford to since I'm under 15% bodyfat. But all I have to do is eat 1700-1750cals for around a week to be back at my previous weight of 155lbs.
