How many calories do you eat a day?

I gained 25 lbs and at 6'2.5 weighed 228. I reduce my calories, without carbs of any sort, to 1900. I circuit weight trained every day, HIIT on elliptical every other day, and do not sit at home whether weeds, Christmas lights, just walking interior stairs for 5 minutes, cleaning bath, watering tree etc... My metabolism burns fat while I sit at work and sleep.

I BURN 350 calories a day from exercise and activity making my daily calorie intake 1500-1600. I do NOT starve myself !!! I have lost 17 pounds since November 2, 2022. Once I get to 190, I will change my routine and eliminate HIIT and all cardio besides home activities. And, I will go heavy weight every other day on circuit. I am not a Dumbbell Gym Wrat.

It varies. But anywhere from the range of 1,800-2,200 depending on my schedule
