i dont have break fast, have 1 packet of ritz breaks for lunch 144 calories, drink water, black coffee and for evening have chicken breast grilled in a wrap/ salad or venison grilled wrap/salad. not sure on calories. i'm losing weight, walking my dog and taking the stairs every opportunity.

I eat 2 meals a day and each meal is between 1000 to 3000 calories and I eat snacks multiple times a day which is usually between 20 calories and 400 calories.
700 calories a day in most cases wouldn't be healthy. Unless you are under 100lbs or have excess body fat to burn.
Varies and I generally try to stay under 2,500
