Well, I eat mostly whole foods, plant based and lowish fat. I do deviate from that slightly though. And I eat 4 to 5 meals a day. 3 main mains and two lots of snacks. I eat a lot and often. However, I also move a lot. I go for a walk at lunch and also after work. And I workout. 2hours 4 times a week. Plus an extra half an hour a day for lighter movement, meditation, stetching etc.

It is far less about what I eat and far more to do with my level of activity. I mean, if I sat on my rear all day and ate like a bird, my rear would be no less squishy.
