What does your daily diet consist of?

My breakfast consists of about a pot and a half of coffee which is drug out slowly between 7am and noon. For lunch, either left overs from the night before, something canned, or some fried eggs and toast. Supper is usually a balanced meal, with either beef or chicken. Usually beef. I don’t have the healthiest diet. I’m not eating greasy food and chips all day by any means, but all my meals are just kinda when I get a chance. It usually results in something quick and last minute.
Always low carb offerings. Rarely eat breakfast. Lunch is normally in a restaurant near work, either a salad or meat and vegetables. Dinner is almost always a meat and one or two vegetables. No carbs, no bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, fruits, or desserts.
Why do you avoid carbs? Unless you’re dieting? I always lose weight when I cut out the pasta, rice and potatoes lol
@On_cloud_wine. Some weight loss world be welcome but my family has some history of insulin-dependent diabetes and a low carb diet is good for preventing that developing in me. So it is really a maintenance diet for me.
Oh I didn’t know this.. all I know is that my energy level is so much better when I stay away from carbs.. I’m not trying to lose weight but a high protein low carb diet.. pretty much everything the Atkins diet consist of, is what eat.
As for weight loss, I went on a boring egg diet a long time ago.. .. all I ate was eggs spinach and cheese and the pounds shed super fast off fast… boring, yes, but super fast and effective…
A really heavy and delicious breakfast, I eat my breakfast generously with no shame.
A really light lunch which came be heavy also depending on my hunger and how much I have worked and it can be skipped too. It varies. But if I do have lunch then it mostly has rice with side dishes.
A light dinner with things like a small bowl of oatmeal or milk and bread. Or any light form of carbohydrate.
Thanks for the MHO.
Light breakfast this morning of coffee and porridge.
Mid morning snack of bread and various kinds of cheese.
Afternoon snack leftover veg lasagne and salad
Now considering fish and chips for tea
Then later on I'll get peckish around 10 so probably make a fruit salad or something

More like every other day— Soda. Water. Hot chips. Chicken. Beef. Corn. Peas. Hot pockets
i'm still overcoming my ocd so i don't really try to lose weight or be healthy but once i manage it and have the money i'm really dying to lose weight because i'm getting older and wanna get my ideal body. way more than face the body is actually what i'm obsessed about as a beauty enthusiast it's just not obvious because i'm big now but i'm been asking my ex boyfriend before to buy fhm for me 🤣🤣🤣poor him. when we go to the mall i know what he always love car magazines but my crazy ass is into fhm. i feel uncomfortable buyinh it because i'm a girl so i ask my boyfriend to get it for me. he just look at me weirdly and he actually doesn't wanna do it it will took a lot of convincing 😂😂😂
Cup cakes, fried chicken, Chinese food, coke and rum... okay noo but seriously; fruits and vegetables, salads, water and lots of water, fresh fruit juice, homemade soups, boil eggs, popcorn, jello, freezy, pork Steaks roast beef chicken turkey... olive oil, lemon juice thats my salad dressing.
it’s very different from day to day… some days I’ll have oatmeal or toast or yogurt with toppings for breakfast, or I’ll just skip breakfast and have a warm beverage. Lunch can be rice/pasta or a salad with chicken/meat/fish/shrimp and then sides. Dinner is usually similar to lunch, and for snacks I eat all sorts of things, both healthy and unhealthy.
Here's my diet of choice. Low-fat popcorn, egg white french toast with sugar-free maple syrup, fat-free high protein chocolate pudding with fat-free cottage cheese and fat-free Greek Yogurt. Also fruits 😋🥰
I go heavy on veggies and fruits during the day. I'll easily have a bowl of chopped veggies and chicken for work and dinner. At least once a week I do go heavy on meals like pasta and red meat.
Usually vanilla greek yogurt, nuts & seeds, bread or pasta, red meat or fish, and water. I really should eat more veggies and fruit but it’s so expensive.
So far I’ve had Greek yogurt with cherries and hemp hearts, protein powder with oat milk, a sweet potato, and chickpeas. Also black coffee.
I either gave a protein shake or a bowl of cereal for breakfast. For lunch I have a sandwich a piece of fruit and maybe some cookies or potato chips. For dinner usually leftovers or soup.
I try to eat healthy but also have a mild addiction to Starbucks, unhealthy blends and McDonald’s fries lol
Mostly plant based with an occasional bit of fish or cheese or eggs.
Plus a lot of tea and chocolate, obviously.
Lots of fruits and veggies. Lots of protein (fish, meat).
water. One cup of tea
that’s about it.
Something microwavable for a quick bite. A meat and cheese wrap, two monster javas, water, coffee.
Hbu?
Usually eggs, turkey sausage, English muffin, coffee for breakfast
Then I drink a lot of water throughout the day.
Then I have any combo of baked chicken breast, salmon, broccoli, spring mix/spinach salad, sweet potato.
That sounds really good.
Way too much coffee. Kefir, fruit and baobab smoothies, bread, eggs, vitamins, water. Meat or fish. I do like chips.
I mostly eat meat. Not strict carnivore but I eat face, tail, nose, cheeks, liver, heart, kidney, intestine (boiled very long time), etc. I eat some veggies too. Not so much fruit. Today I ate some chicken hearts and liver.
It is very simple. Only veg diet and only dinner.
i only eat like once a day. so uh tea, protein drink, and then whatevers in the fridge.
Breakfast coffee and breakfast taco or eggs with spam.
Lunch and dinner depends on what's available to eat. I don't eat a lot like I used to so really depends how my appetite is.
it varies but usually includes porridge (oatmeal) and fruit. I try to eat a low sodium diet. I also try to limit fried food and fast food. I try to stay away from spicy food.
