What do you usually eat in a day?

I usually have a decent breakfast like porridge with a bit of cream and maple syrup. Fruit for lunch and then something decent for dinner (e. g. tonight's dinner is a bowl of moose stew with homemade sourdough loaf). A friend got the moose last fall season and gave me some of the stew beef.

Ii usually have oatmeal eith blue berries or homemade bacon and eggs for breakfast, for lunch some fresh fruit and a sandwich of some sort or soup and for dinner I good meat or fish with a variety of veggies.

2 - 3 meals and I snack throughout the day, but the meals vary like one day it's eggs and potatoes and the other day its left over cold pizza 😂 I don't eat the same thing everyday but I just eat whatever I feel like.
