I'm not a pescatarian, but sea food is my favorite meat. I have it fairly regularly.
My wife and I grill salmon in a pan, and usually with asparagus on the side. Or we might have cod, sea bass, sole, snapper or something. There are any number of seasonings we might put on the meat. I also usually make a dipping sauce. An easy one that I like is mayo with the addition of a good deal of fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. But there are lots of other sauces, depending on your taste.
I like tuna salad sandwiches.
We have spaghetti with clam sauce fairly regularly. It's inexpensive and easy to make.
Sometimes we have crab cakes. They're easy to make with canned crab.
We also make salmon cakes with canned salmon.
One of my comfort foods is tuna noodle casserole.
My favorite seafood is shellfish. I could live on lobster if it wasn't so expensive where I live.
I love muscles.
We make a variety of dishes with shrimp.
We have sea scallops sometimes.
Cioppino is amazing.
Italian, French, Spanish, Cuban, SE Asian, Cajun and other ethnic seafood dishes are amazing.

Ordinary day,
For breakfast, I have low sugar nut granola with organic rice milk.
For lunch, I have brown rice, falafel, salad and humous. I have a low sugar nut bar, too.
For tea, I would have something like sweet potato chips, bean burger and vegetables. If I'm feeling dangerous I'll sprinkle a bit of cheese on. Or chips, salmon and veg.
Some snacks including chocolate and crisps throughout the day.
No overly processed shit and gluten free where possible.
Hopefully my British terminology doesn't confuse you...
Oh this is the perfect question for me. 😊 So usually for breakfast I'll eat eggs with some type of bread/toast (like ciabatta rolls or naan bread for example) or I'll eat cereal or I'll have a smoothie. When I eat eggs or cereal, I may have fruits and/or peanut butter with them. For lunch now I've been eating out. I'm of course going to choose something vegetarian or plant based (like broccoli cheddar soup, pizza, a quinoa bowl, one of the veggie options from Taco Bell, etc). I may have a tuna sandwich though sometimes. For dinner (on days I don't eat fish/seafood) I either eat lentil soup (with lots of veggies in it) or pasta. When I do eat fish/seafood for dinner, I usually eat salmon with rice or tuna with rice. I've been eating a lot of fish/seafood lately, but I still wouldn't make it a habit to eat it every single day.
I’m a vegetarian. I eat pasta , potatoes, lots of salads, beans (especially black beans), some cheeses, veggie burgers, impossible meat.
