Trending & News I skip breakfast because my meds make it so that I can’t eat for 2 hours after I wake up, and I usually sleep in. I usually eat something small for lunch because I don’t have a big appetite after my meds have kicked in, and I snack on whatever during the day and have dinner around 8-9pm.
Typically I eat sandwiches or tuna & crackers or yoghurt & nuts or a pie for lunch, and snack wise I’ll have a protein bar or some chocolate during the day, and for dinner there’s no typical meal. Some weeks it’s pasta and beef, other weeks I’m lazy and go for takeaways like mcdonalds, other weeks it’s quick meals like noodles or toasted sandwiches with cheese, mushroom & ham, and other weeks it’s soup or curry.
I have no idea what my calorie intake is. At a guess, maybe 1000-1200 a day. I don’t keep track.
Being thin isn’t always dependent on diet. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week, and I’m also young so my metabolism isn’t terrible yet.
Ok thank you. Very insightful!
i only have meals sometimes and usually just eat snacks throughout the day, i can’t eat full meals without getting sick
Oh ok thanks

It comes down to less about what they are eating and more about getting off your ass and moving.
I'm not really thin my choice/intentionally so I'm providing advice I've seen rather than experienced:
Don't skip meals, just eat small ones. Definitely eat at least twice a day, preferably three times, snacking is generally not recommended. Eat until you almost feel full, not completely. If you're still hungry 20 minutes later, it's fine to eat a little more. Focus on a balanced diet, you may need to experiment with several to find what your body responds well to, but try to have a wide variety of foods. Drink lots of water. Avoid extremely fatty, processed, or sugary foods. Cook for yourself from scratch as much as possible.
You can use calorie counters and estimators for how much you should be eating to loose/maintain weight, but don't follow them too religiously.
Remember that exercise and diet play equally important roles in weight control. You have to manage both to loose healthy weight.
But above all else, the goal should be healthy practices rather than a preferred weight. The pressure of weight goals may just weigh you down (pun, unfortunately, intended lol)
Thanks.
A Smallish Snack in the Morning. Light dinner and a Snack at night. Maybe less than 2000 a day? I do Take a Daily Vitamin too. xxoo
Thanks!
They starve.
We watch what we eat, and we count calories.
