Someone Can Be Relatively Slender & Eat Unhealthy - TRUE OR FALSE?

Nope and I think that's part of the reason why the USA is so fat. When kids are young they eat a bunch of junk and see no difference.
Then when their metabolism slows down they wonder how they got so disgusting.
Absolutely, especially before age 30 or so when their metabolism usually slows down.
You're welcome.

You've seen those malnourished kids from Haiti on the ads for foreign relief?
I'm about a 155 pounds with single digit fat content and I just ate an entire bag of Twizzlers which is basically pure sugar lol. And a day or two ago I ate half a pizza.
It just comes down to genetics I have excellent genetics when it comes to metabolism and muscle growth so I can workout and get a decent body all the while eating more or less what I want.
But it should also be noted that
Marilyn could have been eating dark chocolate which has a high coco content but low sugar content and is actually quite healthy for you.
Now with all this being said you should obviously try to eat healthy but eating junk every now and then won't hurt you, that's why you have a cheat day every week when it comes to eating healthy and exercising. Because if you cut it out of your life altogether then you'll crash and gorge and end up at square one but if you treat yourself within moderation once a week then it helps with the craving and keeping you on the right path.
Yeah.
I think some people have a faster metabolism and can get away with eating a ton of crap, because their body get's rid it, because it's empty calories.
Years ago, I used to eat fried stuff pretty much every day and I stayed skinny, so it's at least the case for me - deep frying adds a ton of calories and a lot of unhealthy food tends to be loaded with them.
Nutrients > Calories.
Sure, as long as they don't eat a lot of the unhealthy things and thus maintain a reasonable calorie intake.
You can eat a pizza every day and remain skinny, if the pizza is the only thing you eat all day.
It's true, I've known people that can't gain weight no matter what they do but also it's very possible to have a poor diet/malnutrition to get that way too.
As long as they don't overeat to gross amounts they'd likely be fine, just not from a nutritional standpoint.
Empty calories isn’t going to make you gain weight, nor lose weight, as long as you don’t over eat.
That's me, inside and out! I'm very skinny. 5' 10 1/2", and 130lbs. I eat ANYTHING at any time, and CANNOT gain weight. I have a high-metabolism.
Absolutely true. Many slender people have unhealthy diets.
Yes you can definitely do that just depends on how fast your body metabolizes what you eat
I can eat veggieburgers, chips (fries in US), pizza, curries.
I am still an 88lb titch!
Yes I can do that. But I try not to.
If they have a high metabolism
True most certain
