Nothing beats boneless skinless chicken thighs for me. Although I like any of the dark meat... don't understand the desire for the dry-ass white meat that most people go for. It's more healthy I guess, but that trade-off in taste I don't get.

Overall, I'd say breast, as it's a little more versatile, but for overall flavour, I'd have to choose thigh... damn it! Now I want chicken. lol

If i have a whole chicken, i prefer the breast meat. But i LUV Buffalo wings, and enjoy them regularly. So i definitely eat wings and drumsticks more than any other part of a chicken.
