I like to chew the ligaments around the chicken's knee 🤣 100% true. I also like the parson's nose and the oyster underneath. Out of the main 4, I prefer the dark meat, its more fatty and therefore has more taste. I like the leg and thigh equally. Spicy wings though... 🤤

I prefer the drumsticks. I like dark meat the best and they're also easiest to eat because they have a built-in handle. My second favorite is thighs because that's also dark meat.

Thighs or backs , the breast is very dry and only good for soup, pot pie or casserole. Drum sticks are good but full of tendons and gristle, wings have very little on them.

I prefer thighs. Theyre not too big, not too small. Lick them thick thighs 🤣 my fave part of the chicken is the skin by the way
