I'm partial to Kiev, myself- which, if you're wondering, comes from the Ukranian city of Paris, France. I don't know where the name came from, but battering something and frying it after filling it with garlic butter sauce generally meets with my approval.

I love fried, grilled, and baked chicken, those are my favorite ways to cook chicken! I also love rotisserie chicken, and any other chicken heating methods I have yet to discover. I just love chicken in general. Oh chicken...

I usually like my chicken grilled. I can't eat the skin of the fried chicken since it hurts my stomach (no fried onion rings either). Baked is ok but it depends on what's put with it.

Bone in, skin on split breast, liberally seasoned with garlic salt and pepper and then broiled... that seasoned crispy skin is AWEsome

I just love chicken with RICE. With some type of sauce or gravy. Fried or baked but I’ll go with baked since fried stuff gives me acne.
