Whats your favorite way to eat/prepare chicken?

I personally love Fried, rotisserie, and baked. I made a whole chicken last night baked in its natural juices including butter, garlic salt, butter, and vegetable oil. The skin was a nice golden brown. I still have leftovers.

I like grilled and oven-baked chicken. I like it smothered, BBQ, or just dip it in a condiment.
