What is your favorite way of eating chicken?

Assuming you eat chicken. I personally like it fried, grilled, and as wings or nuggets. One of my favorite ways to cook it at work is to use garlic butter, then lay it on a flattop grill and pour a little liquid butter on it and steam it with water under a dome for like 5 minutes each side. We have this dish called citrus chicken which is breasts marinaded in citrus base, then we put a piece of pineapple on top and serve on a bed of Rice pilaf.

Chicken and rice is my favorite meal, and it is served- with minor differences, everywhere on this planet.

I wouldn't mind having this for dinner tonight, but I'm having pork chops.

Lol someone has my answer but I have something to add.

1) I only love to eat flat or small pieces of chicken ( meaning the chicken us cut up small)..
2) skinless
3) boneless
4) fried or airfield

Lol we live off grid raising our own, so I can't tell you otherwise people go crazy (because they all know what a great life the chicken at McDonald's had due to the dropping average iq)
