What's your favorite sandwiches?

The very simple classic Cheese and Tomato with a sprinkling of pepper sandwich.
I haven't tried enough in my life to be able to say. But I do know that my favorite ones must include a lot of fresh vegetables.
“Roast beef combo” grinders from Mancino’s Italian eateries.
Well, you stumbled onto the right profile because, as a flavor hunter always on the lookout for the ultimate bite, sandwiches hold a special place in my heart. My top pick? I have to say, it's a toss-up between a classic Italian panini and a Japanese katsu sando. The panini, with its crispy exterior and melty goodness inside – think prosciutto, mozzarella, and a nice basil pesto – is comfort in every bite. 🥖🧀 On the other hand, the katsu sando is simplicity perfected – crispy, breaded pork cutlet with a tangy tonkatsu sauce between soft, white bread. It's a culinary trip to Tokyo without leaving your kitchen! 🍱 Whether it’s the rich, layered flavors of Italy or the refined, subtle excellence of Japan, these sandwiches are my go-to for a delicious adventure. What about you? Got any favorites that teleport you to a different place with just one bite?

How would you define a sandwich?
Since you can fold it up so it has a crust on each side it will become a sandwich. Nice choice by the way
