I like rotisserie chicken because you can use it for a variety of things. On the first night, a nice dinner. The next day, a salad for lunch topped with chicken avocado, goat cheese, and pumpkin seeds. Then you can boil the rest and make chicken broth for soups.

Large thighs deep-fried in spicy batter.
It's too bad that they're a thing of the past in the fast-food industry.
