Raisin Cain's is very much a one-trick pony, and that pony is very good but not good enough for me to go out of my way for it, especially when it's nowhere close to me. I'm definitely not a fan of their sauce but I haven't had it in years so I don't know if it has changed.
Chick fil-A makes a good spicy chicken (deluxe) sandwich but if it weren't for that with their fries and lemonade, I'd probably almost never eat there. They got my vote anyway.
McDonalds is not good. I'll eat there on a long road trip or out in the boondocks when visiting my grandmother with no other convenient options but even then, I'll go for the Fillet O Fish before their chicken.
You didn't include Popeyes but it's the other Chicken giant where I live, and I only go there for the fast seafood- namely the shrimp.
Chick-Fil-A is our got for chicken. They have some good salads too. KFC is nasty! Is chicken at McDonalds real chicken?
I think that they actually have a plethora of sauces at Raising Cains; my guess is that they only ordered the sauce that they like. Personally Chic-fil-A has the second best chicken strips in all of restaurantdom. They are easily the best fast food restaurant. Though I accept that there could be better ones that I just haven't tried yet.

That's a toss up. I prefer Popeye's chicken but prefer KFC's biscuits. But generally I eat at Cane's be cause the service sucks at both KFC's and Popeye's. Like some are so dumb I really don't know how some of their people find there way to work every day.
I hate all their chicken. Wendy’s nuggets used to be good but even that's ruined. I love Shake Shack’s Chicken Sandwich
Popeyes by far for their spicy chicken sandwich. For chicken strips I'd have to say raising cane's, for fried chicken I'm a sucker for KFC original recipe.

presently, the best I've found to my taste of the chain franchises is 'Popeye's mild dark meat with the red beans & rice.
There is a grocery outlet called Smith their chicken is better than Kentucky Fried Chicken Popeyes and any of those other chicken places you mentioned this is the best chicken I've ever had

Popeyes Chicken. I love the flavor. Comes in regular or spicy and I usually get spicy. The Red Beans and Rice side is good also.
OMG Kentucky Fried Chicken is a goto for me though I rarely eat it anymore now that I'm quote " Older " my second goto are McDonald's double Cheeseburgers and large Fries and Once again just rarely anymore Ahhhh to be young again Lmao

I only eat baked a roasted chicken, so I just go into a grocery store deli and get mine. But if I had to choose from your list I would get KFC original recipe.

I always liked KFC but my wife used to work at one and will not go back. A new Chik Fil E opened and I was not impressed. Even the waffle fries were not great.
