Our neighbors had a grad open house yesterday and catered raising cains. The chicken was delish but their only sauce is nasty! Anyone else? We got to take leftovers home. Been eating them with my Frank’s Red Hot tbh. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Raisin Cain's is very much a one-trick pony, and that pony is very good but not good enough for me to go out of my way for it, especially when it's nowhere close to me. I'm definitely not a fan of their sauce but I haven't had it in years so I don't know if it has changed.

Chick fil-A makes a good spicy chicken (deluxe) sandwich but if it weren't for that with their fries and lemonade, I'd probably almost never eat there. They got my vote anyway.

McDonalds is not good. I'll eat there on a long road trip or out in the boondocks when visiting my grandmother with no other convenient options but even then, I'll go for the Fillet O Fish before their chicken.

You didn't include Popeyes but it's the other Chicken giant where I live, and I only go there for the fast seafood- namely the shrimp.

I think that they actually have a plethora of sauces at Raising Cains; my guess is that they only ordered the sauce that they like. Personally Chic-fil-A has the second best chicken strips in all of restaurantdom. They are easily the best fast food restaurant. Though I accept that there could be better ones that I just haven't tried yet.

@saffoler I went there yesterday. I thought that if I got there before noon, it wouldn't be too crowded. It was packed and the drive through was a mile long. (Exaggerating.) I went somewhere else as I didn't want to wait in line. I'll try it again but I'll go even earlier next time.

That's a toss up. I prefer Popeye's chicken but prefer KFC's biscuits. But generally I eat at Cane's be cause the service sucks at both KFC's and Popeye's. Like some are so dumb I really don't know how some of their people find there way to work every day.

It USED TO BE 'Roy Rogers' but they've pretty much gone away...
presently, the best I've found to my taste of the chain franchises is 'Popeye's mild dark meat with the red beans & rice.

There is a grocery outlet called Smith their chicken is better than Kentucky Fried Chicken Popeyes and any of those other chicken places you mentioned this is the best chicken I've ever had
