Do you still eat "kids" food on a regular basis?

No I certainly don't , and they true question is the word " Food " , this stuff is not " Food " it should never even be introduced as such , its just marketing of what is an addictive , processed , sugary product , which is pretty much a poison.
These Carb laden , unhealthy killers introduced to children , actually shortening their lives and creating the junk addiction via marketing , yep , if you despise your children allow them to ingest this crp.. But , don't ever let it near your own mouth.
This stuff will be on a par with tobacco , by 2030 , heart disease , obesity , stroke and cancer , sorry its not " food " , don't ever call it food , its not fit for consumption , and its a massive problem particularly in the wonder US of A , attitude is a big part of that.
Food sustains , this stuff does not.
I eat all of those except chicken nuggets. I don't consider any of those kid's food. I try not to eat too much of any of them since they aren't exactly the healthiest foods in the world. But I eat them just for variety and ease. I like Ramen noodles late at night when I'm hungry but it's too late for a full meal. They digest fast so I can eat them not long before going to bed.
"Kids food" is literally all my diet consists of lmao. I don't really know how to cook, nor do I enjoy it anyways. Nor am I a fan of the clean up you must do after. When I'm hungry, I'm hungry. I'm not trying to sit around and babysit my meal while I'm starving to death. Nobody got time for dat. Lol. I'm content with my oatmeal, cereals, egos, & toaster struuudes. & I may occasionally make spaghetters w/garlic bread. Or a frozen pizza or lasagna. Also, chocolate milk can basically be a meal replacement lol. I also hate wasting food so if it's a meal big enough for like, 4 people, and I don't want to eat those same left overs for the next couple days, then why bother? 🤷♀️🍽
I grew up eating that shit. Only problem was as I approached my mid to late 20s, I noticed a lot of weight gain. You can't eat kid food your entire life. As you get older, your ability to handle kid food goes down. I used to eat a bag of 40 reeces peanut butter cups and not gain a single pound when I was 17. If I did it at 27, I would end up getting very fat.

I never eat off the kids’ menu in restaurants. Other than cereals, i don’t buy products sold with cartoon characters and/or bright, bold colors as is typical for foods targeted at children. I don’t think most of the foods you listed are necessarily just for kids. I do eat some of them occasionally.
"When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things."
Well, I still like hot dogs, peanut butter and Jelly, and a host of other childish foods.
Now that I'm a full on adult and I know how absolutely terrible these products are with dyes, sugar, salt, fat, overload, I try to avoid them, but from time to time, I'm not going to lie, for the sheer nostalgia of it, I will have a Lunchable. Oh they're awful, but it brings me back to childhood memories of being "the cool kid" if you had a lunchable.
Why is it considered "kids food"?
Mac and cheese never, its just not common in germany, TV dinner (whats that?)
Ramen yes, Its nice, quick and simple, chicken nuggets only those made from plant proteins.
A TV dinner is a frozen, boxed meal you microwave. I am not really sure why they're called "TV dinners", unless people typically ate them in front of the TV lol Now days, most of them are not that good. Bad quality and unhealthy. People still buy them for the "quick and easy" appeal of just popping it open and tossing it in the microwave. I personally do not eat them.
Okay, we have these in germany, i guess, i never bought them and never ate them.
You also may not exactly call them the same thing in Germany. Most of them here are definitely not good at all lol
In Germany we simply call them "Fertiggerichte" or "Tiefkühlfrass"
Ready-to-eat or Frozenfood
Makes a lot more sense. They are usually labeled as "frozen meals" or "frozen entrées" at the store. Most people still refer to them as "TV Dinners" here though. Americans are weird haha
I eat ramen usually e- FUK I FORGOT TO GET RAMEN AT THE STORE.
Anyways, every few weeks or so because we got green onions and meat. Can't let those veggies go bad otherwise it's wasted money
Im allergic to mac n cheese, I surpassed that chicken Dino nugget phase when I was 12, hot dogs are still good but on a holiday like 4th of July or something, pizza is occasional as well because it messes with my stomach acid. So, safe to say I’m becoming a 40 year old at the age of 21.
No, not regularly, but I'm not against it, either. Hell, a couple months ago, I ordered some dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets at a restaurant. I know they were for kids, but they were damn tasty!
No, I hated them as a kid and I hate them even more now.
When we're they designated kids foods? There is always room for hotdogs and Mac. Or chili Mac too. Tv dinners are for adults too. I think it's a quick meal when you don't feel like cooking. Like pot pies or hot pockets
I enjoy a hot dog cooked on the grill, occasionally I'll have a chicken nugget. I do like mac and cheese. So to answer your question, It's more like occasionally than on a regular basis
Those aren't "kids" foods, they're just food that's easy to make and usually liked. That's why people make them for kids. There's nothing childish about them, maybe lazy that's all.
Candy, shit like fruit roll ups, snack foods like Lunchables I still eat once in a while. I love chocolate milk.
Not necessarily on a regular basis, but I still eat mac n cheese, Ramen noodles and hot dogs. I wouldn't consider any of these as "kid's foods". All appear on adult menus.
Mac and cheese, or hot dogs, are not just kid's food, and yes I still eat it. Ramen noodles, if you're referring to the instant kind, are poison. TV dinners are garbage too, so none of that since I was a child.
Agree. I don't eat TV dinners, I don't eat instant Ramen noodles. I don't even eat hot dogs. I will still eat certain types of "traditional" chicken nuggets (aka the breaded ones), but in adulthood, I've really loved grilled better. I love to get grilled chicken chunks and just say those are my "chicken nuggets". Love grilled chicken breasts too (whether it's just the breast fillet or on a sandwich).
@MysticAngel5000 Thumbs up!
I guess so, didn't know that was kids food. I can make some awesome home made deluxe mac & cheese, or grill some hotdogs and make them gourmet.
I love Mac n Cheese. So I still eat that.
I only really eat a hot dog if I go to the cinema
Yeah, but I'm only 19, it’s still within the window of opportunity until I’m 26. Thanks Obama!
I eat ramen periodically. I know it’s terrible for me so it’s rare.
Mostly no to the other items on the list.
Against my doctor's protestations, I am known on occasion to indulge in a bowl of Coco Puffs or Coco Pebbles.
None of those are "kids" food. Sounds like you've a few issues surrounding food.
No not really, I make healthy meals at home most of the time and we generally do a pizza on Fridays, I like homemade pizza dough better that store bought
I didn't know chicken nuggets were a kids food😳
Why not? I have a job to pay for my food. Why shouldn't I eat what I like?
I eat chicken nuggest and mac and cheese for sure! That is so not just for kids!
*nuggets
My phone did some weird stuff there and apparently invented a new food - "nuggest" 🤣
nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, those are kids foods?
i still love them and id eat them anytime if given the chance!
Only when I don't feel like really cooking, which isn't often
Sometimes I'll eat a lunchable or candy but I don't think mac & chesse, hot dogs or ramen noodles is kid food.
How are those kids foods? Kids food is just normal food in smaller portions typically.
Well they do have $1 hotdog nights at the game, so I guess. I do like dubble bubble gum, that love never goes away
Yeah I guess I still do (on occasion). Pizza, ramen, hotdogs, nuggets - the works.
Yes because we always make a little extra for the kids and if they don't eat we tend to. Most times we keep it for the kids as leftovers.
There is no substitute for Mac n cheese as the best comfort food ever.
My brain read this question without the word "food" in it and I was like, "wait what?" 😂
But yes, I do a lot
No, and a lot of them were things I wasn’t allowed to eat as a kid anyway, so it’s easy for me to avoid them.
I eat everything in the book except for most seafoods from high scale food to fast food take out
I feel like hot dogs shouldn’t be on there because everyone craves a hotdog every now and again
But I eat corn dogs and quesadillas from time to time because they’re quick and easy
No! They may taste good but because they either taste too sweet, greasy or creamy, it makes me feel sick eating a lot of it. I can eat them occasionally.
Tired me would first have replied "I don't eat kids" 😐 But my dentist made me stay off most food I used to eat as a kid. Only few things, and only seldom.
Occasionally.. And since when is Mac and cheese kid food? I love my home made baked Mac and cheese.
Instant ramen, mac and cheese, and hotdogs are not kid's food.
Agreed Just another Person that went to McDonald’s too many times and then decided to Project.
That kinda hurts my feelings that you would call those kids foods. I love hot dogs ☹
What you call "kids food" is poison! So no, I dont eat it
I go fo a hot dog on the grill but I really never ate much kids food.
Not every day but I do eat Ramen noodles a lot, at least twice a week knowing that is super unhealthy 🤦🏻♀️
Wait what? These are kids food? So that's why there's a whole lot of fat kids into fat adults.
My wife loves chicken nuggets so we have that once a week or so.
hell yes i love mac and cheese and when and if i have a son we will eat mac and cheese and watch anime together
Lol who defined chicken nuggets and hotdogs as kids food?
Mmmm yummy. Lol chicken nuggies. Lol. Ice cream sammys.
I love chicken nuggets. I also order kids meals at fast food restaurants a lot
Oh yeah i eat mac and cheese, cookies, juice, pizza, chicken nuggets
I never liked Mac and cheese or ramen noodles. I'll have chicken nuggets once in awhile.
I still eat ramen noodles, chicken nuggets, happy meal.. for the toys 😂
Huh? Those are kid meals? You basically just liste everything I've eaten the last few days 😂
Well in my particular case I stopped eating that kind of food around the age of 32.
I like Mac and Cheese but not craft stuff comes in blue box.
never too old for some chicken tenders 😂
Unshamefully yes.🤣🤣🤣
Baby bottle bops 🥰
