Need ideas to make with pork loin chops?

My boyfriend won’t eat cream of mushroom so looking for ideas without that. Looking for something with a lot of flavor and am out of a lot of spices.

Pressure cooker, rice, boned pork chops OR two inch pyrex with rice and orange and pork chops cooked on top. The orange juice, rice, and PC are fabulous. I do not remember the recipe detail BUT I imagine that it can be searched online.
