I noticed not a single person mentioned Chick-fil-A or Hooters. Why?

McDonald's- strayed too far from their core competency.

Penn Station (east coast subs)- miniscule servings, high prices, the default is "cooked".

Taco Bell - unless if I have a colonoscopy scheduled in a day or two, the only stuff I can still tolerate from there is chips and cheese. Actually, the whole "YUM" foods trio- TB, PH and KFC- could fold: Pizza Hut kept pushing "eat-in" despite lockdowns and blew their market, TB is already covered, and as far as KFC? breading, corn, mashed potatoes, biscuit, meat-flavored flour-water and a pinch of chicken and cabbage- mostly an overpriced carb-fest! No longer unique.

Taco Bell. Every item basically has the same thing in it; just add one new sauce or ingredient, wrap it differently, and give it a new name and the drive through extends into the street for a month. 🤔😂

@hostboy. Your update asked about Chick-fil-A. It's a little pricey, but the food is great and so is the service. I have never received an order wrong there and the line moves very fast.

RE Update: A Chik Fil A place opened in my town a year ago. I went there to check it out. It was not great, even the waffle fries were soggy. I was disappointed and probablt won't go back but I don't think they need to go out of business. I have never been to Hooters but there is one on the way home from my summer house. The parking lot is always practically empty and I don't know how they stay in busuness.
