Eggs! Especially runny yolk eggs. Whether they're overeasy or medium boiled, or whatever.

I've been experimenting with blending together one whole egg two egg whites, and adding in the 2nd yolk near the end of the cooking process, folding the omelette portion into an envelope kinda thing.

Eggs benedict is my favourite. Toss up between back bacon or smoked salmon as the favourite protein option.

Corned beef hash, crispy hash browns, and an egg over easy. I combine them and mash them all together.
Also, a pancake on the side as a substitute for toast. With butter and maple syrup, it's like dessert. :-)
A glass of milk and several cups of coffee.

At home, I make good French toast, sometimes with cinnamon-raisin bread.

At home, one of my favorite things is bacon and peanut butter on toast.

Tough question as food is life, but I'd say restaurant hashbrowns 🤤 I also love me some waffles or crepes, but hashbrowns are a must on the side. Unless it's Love's Browns, THAT is bomb asf
