What are some healthy fish to eat?

My doctor said I couldn't eat fried chicken anymore. But I mostly only eat meat and fried chicken. I like salmon and was wondering what other options I can eat.

Salmon, rainbow trout, steelhead trout, actic char, those are the best and easiest to find at the grocery store.
