What’s a good way to flavour cooked salmon?

I put a layer of olive oil in the pan, then red pepper, capsicum and a bit of salt. When one side has color, I turn the salmon around and switch off the heat.

Skip the charcoal go buy some apple wood and cook with it instead it works on all meat but it's best for fish and pork

That's good , fish seasoning is good. Southern/ Cajun.
