How should I season my trout fish?

I thought it was salmon 😭. Im going to airfry it instead of making it on a pan today

I usually use some spray olive oil on foil and put the filet skin side down on the oiled portion of the foil, then squeeze lemon juice onto the meaty portion of the filet, the hut it with salt and pepper, lay a few lemon slices on the fish with s few knows of butter seal it in ghe foil put it on a baking sheet and slide it into a 450°F oven for ten minutes and then it's ready to eat.

By the way rainbow trout and steelhead trout are related to salmon and have the same omega 3 fatty acids and heart healthy benefits that salmon has.

Any good chef knows that you alwsys cook fish hot and quick or you tend to dry it out and over cook it which makes it almost inedible.

When I cook trout, I’ll open it out season with salt and pepper. Then place two dill or parsley sprigs and two slices of lemon. Wrap in foil, and bake in the oven/airfyer for around 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

I'd go for B, but possibly ditch the old bay for black pepper together with parsley or coriander.

Old Bay is an amazing seasoning, You need to give it a shot and then squeeze a little lemon on top and it will be amazing
