How to train a fish?

Apparently, my cousin gifted me a really weird gift yet my favourite. Who in the world gives alive fish as birthday gift? He gave me this heavy white squared box and was like "Hold it carefully cuz this would be the best thing in the world". And indeed it was, an aesthetic looking Red dragon betta Fish!!! My god its fins are so aesthetic. He said everything needed and how to keep him healthy and stuff. However I want to train him. How to train a red dragon betta fish? And any name suggestions for him (it's a male)?

Name him Guppy, as for the train a fish when I was 4 I was trying to teach my tiger fishes to jump through the plastic rings by pouring fish food through the rings. Pro was they were train, con was they died cause 4 year old me overfed them.

Yeah they can be! Goldfish can be trained easily. I'm not sure about this one.

Like following my finger, brushing with my finger when I dip it in his bowl. Reacting to different sounds and all.

flakes of fish food training. drop food off tip of finger just above the water. Being still and lots of patience is required...
