A think layer of herbed goat cheese and tomato paste is always good. You don't want to pack it too thick but bass is a strong fish and can hold up to essentially a reverse glaze, similarly to how the Iraqis make masgouf down south with the herbed tomato paste without the carp being overpowered.
Crap now I really want masgouf
As a concerned online user, I believe the question posed incites harmful actions to bass, which clearly violates established community guidelines, as I have a pet sea bass who uses this platform. In response to this incident, I am taking the necessary step of reporting this user to the relevant authorities. I expect you to address this issue promptly or I will be forced to escalate my grievance and hit the Report button.
Thanks for MHO and respecting the life of the bass.
I like to mix some herbs like rosemary or thyme with olive oil, lemon and garlic and use that as filling.
You can stuff whatever you want into the fish. There's a story if a drunk guy who stuffed his manhood in and couldn't pull it out... the fish had sharp teeth.

garlic and lemon
capers, olives.
bacon, spam? - never tried.
baked small potatoes would be great with fish. But I wouldn't stuff it with anything. Put some salt and just grill the fish on wooden chips.
Whatever tickles your taste buds.
I am not big into spices because I like to taste what I am eating!
Leeks, onions, basil, bread cubes, garlic and rosemary
Parsley is awful haha. How about garlic and onions and some Italian herbs and Calabrian peppers?
Ground hamburger beef with some tomato sauce
alternative is rice or peppers
red peppers
actually I just thought of the perfect thing to stuff it with and you're gonna thank me for this.. quahaug.. Get the meat from the quahaugs and stuff the fish with the quahaug meat and add some sauce to it when stuffing it
or what you could do is stuff the bass with quahaug meat and some red peppers and sauce then if you want baste the outside skin with butter or add a bread crumb topping then some parsley and or basil or cilantro or chives with some sauce on the outside. There's different ways to work this idea
Ketchup.
My wife thinks I'm trash because I put Ketchup on my fish. I find it gets rid of the fish flavor.
How about your fist?
Then you can beer batter and butter baste that Bass.
