What can I do with mackerel?

It's mackerel season in the UK and I'm beginning to smell like a seagulls fart. Still with all that fish oil I can feel my brain power doubling. Now normally I just sprinkle them with whatever seasoning first catches my eye when I open the cupboard then whack under a hot grill or slap on a hot pan.

So what can I do for a change?
