Many high-rated and commented restaurants taste pathetic. Sometimes even small not so popular places provide excellent food. I cook and am very good at it. I also thrive for perfection when making for some occasions but sometimes I can also see less taste in my food but people seem still like them a lot. Well, it's not that they are bad but still, I am a hard critique.
Yes a lot of people have crap pallets and tastes. I remember staying at a mates house and watching their mum make us Burgers with literally no seasoning at all.
growing up my brother was a chef and my ma a sous-chef, me n my dad had to step up o ur game to have meals that were complimented. A lot of places I visit I find are quite bland or sad. It’s just relative to I’d say majority of people it taste fine-dining
A lot of the "fine restaurant: chains are horrible. I also find a lot of the culturally specific restaurants, with a more home-style cooking to be tremendously tasty.
