Do you make your own pastry from scratch?

Today I made a tarte alasacienne with a pâte brisée base. I incorporated pumpkin spice rather than vanilla to make it more seasonal.

I'm not a pastry snob and will buy a pack if I just want to make a simple pie or quiche but I like to make from scratch for desserts.

I always make pastry from scratch
I usually do but occasionally buy it
I rarely make it except for special occasions
I never use pastry.
