Cook the giblets in a pot of water and then use some of the water, the meat, a quartered onion, a stalk of celery, and turkey drippings to make a stock for your gravy. I add bourbon to my gravy which makes a great flavor.

Make real cranberry sauce. 1 bag of fresh cranberries, 2 c. OJ, 1/2 c. Brown sugar, some orange zest and a stick of cinnamon. Boil on the stove until the berries pop and the sauce is thick. It can be made ahead of time.
