What are your must haves for Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving is right around the corner here in the US. It's my favorite holiday. I loved hosting for years and cooking for my entire family and extended family. I've been reminiscing today of years past, different dishes I'd make for different people. What dish is unique to your family? Or what is your favorite side during this time?

Thanks giving is also my favorite of the holidays. I have two brothers and a sister with the youngest being ten years older than me so I've never yet anyway had the privilege of making any special dish. Set the tables seems to have been my only job. However always my favorite side dish is a creamed corn dish my sister always makes. Can't wait only three days and we all together again for some awesome food.

My special sweet potatoes, my grandmother's apple pie, creamed onions, and I just feel like the Thanksgiving table is incomplete without a proper relish tray.

Stuffing and bread. Both are non-negotiable. Turkey is also good but stuffing is a need be for Thanksgiving to be Thanksgiving. Also for dessert monkey bread.
