My wife and I are having a couple of friends over for a feast. Salad, turkey, stuffing, gravy, and my wife's signature baked yams and home made cranberry dressing. A nice selection of wine and after dinner port. And of course, pumpkin pie.

I am from Turkey. While I knew about Christmas since I was a kid, I didn't know much about Thanksgiving. Until I met the internet. If I'm not mistaken, it's a special day only for countries in the American continent. Or is it celebrated in European countries as well?

My neighbors invited me to go to Temecula for Thanksgiving with them. I think I will get a table centerpiece at my local Florist and hand carry it with us in the car.
