What are all the foods you love at Thanksgiving?

It's a week away finally! The stores are bustling with people trying to get their turkey wings and whole turkeys or hams for the holiday. So tell me, what foods are your absolute favorite during Thanksgiving?

For me, green bean casserole. The crispy onions, the gravy and the chopped up mushrooms mixed in with the perfectly cooked green beans. Then we have the ham. Whether it's cooked or cold, it is definitely delicious. Lastly is any dessert. Most likely pumpkin pie, apple pie or chocolate lasagna.

Turkey, dressing, gravy are the top 3. Then my SIL's mom's broccoli casserole. For dessert I like a small slice of apple pie and pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Oh and some wine.

I'll have to give that one a try. I'm more of a fruity kinda lover. Sweeter tasting for wine. However, I'm not against trying out something new. Thank you for the recommendation

Oh my gosh yes!! Thanksgiving food is the BEST! For me I’m obsessed with my aunt’s brown sugar carrots with caramelized onions believe me they are delicious. I could honestly eat a whole bowl of them by myself. Those plus some good homemade stuffing like my grandma used to make that’s all I need is stuffing and my aunts carrots and I’m set for the day!

For dessert it’s my cousins candied venison pie with pecans and hot sauce with cup of Tennessee Mud.

Turkey (white meat) - hey- big breasts, what can I say. My wife's cranberry/orange relish with cinnamon and clove. I have to restrain myself on that one or my gout might kick up from the cranberries. Nadifkah (nah- DEEF- kah), Bohemian/Polish stuffing, regular stuffing from Aldi. Almost any decent pie, and brownies ala mode.
