Why cant you get curd rice outside India?

When I was in New Delhi I ate it a lot, but Indian restaurants in foreign countries never seem to have it. Honestly I wonder if that is more the sort of thing Indians eat, nice and mild stuff, and you are lying to the world claiming you eat all that mouth disintegratingly spicy food you call Indian, because you sadistically get off on seeing other people squirm. In fact I bet the British didn't leave India because of Gandhi, it was the food you claim you eat lol.
