Cereal first then milk and I have a Very Good and logical explanation why everyone should do that. Ones you have a cereal in your bowl, you have to stop pouring milk right before your cereal reaches the free flow level. If you pour it too much, your cereal will become saggy way too quick and it won't taste good after few minutes, but if there won't be enough milk, cereal would be too dry to chew on and swallow.

milk first, although I do the former very rarely but I still do it. I always have this feeling that if I put the cereal first, by the time I sit down to eat, the cereal at the bottom will already be soggy.
