If you're one of these people how often if ever do you ACCIDENTALLY eat something you're not supposed to?
Alternatively, have you ever inadvertently fed someone something you shouldn't have?
I went vegetarian for a few months, back when I didn't have as many bills so I could afford it lol. The first few weeks I often was reminded I was trying to be vegetarian by the taste of meat, so I would say sure I'll have some of that, take a bite, and then go oops nvm that's meat. Well duh, it's like a piece of bacon. I knew it was meat. I just forgot I was trying not to eat meat 💀
I bet if I'd committed and gone for like a year with it, I would've gotten used to it and not forgotten anymore. Afterwards i did refuse meat several times bc I forgot that I was no longer being vegetarian too.
I don’t really have diet “beliefs”, BUT….
this one time, at band camp, i tried veal and i thought it was delicious! Then i learned it was veal and felt really bad. Like, if it weren’t a public place, i might have cried. As it turns out, I’m very opposed to the killing of babies. Ell oh ell!
I'm mostly a pollo-pescetarian since there's certain foods I don't like eating anymore. But once in a while I'll eat something with regular bacon & breakfast sausage with syrup. I remember I one time ate a cheeseburger because our cat came up and ate my turkey burger. But also, because it was leftover day that night and for whatever reason I was craving a burger in general.
Until I knew better, I was more regularly eating food from unethical companies. Like unethical chocolate brands including KitKat and nestle, things like that. It’s not easy being a consumer these days because the real top-of-the-line, more ethical companies are more expensive. I would 100% buy EVERYTHING I need from an ethical company but it’s simply not affordable for me.

There's no such thing as accidentally going against your beliefs. We all know that people sin because it feels good. Any follower of the religion known as bean2k21sm, aka one of my "slaves," as we call them in the religion, will be expected to eat bread, and drink water, no exceptions. The bread turns into my flesh and the water turns into my blood. This should be sufficient to fill up any slave and help them find enlightenment in the orgasmos.
Not that I can think of aside from eating meat during Lent even though I’m from a Catholic family, but I wasn’t even confirmed or anything back then so it’s not that big of a deal. Now I’m a lazy man’s atheist (agnostic) so I don’t have a belief system that tells me to not eat something, but I probably still wouldn’t eat something with blood like blood sausage or black pudding, nor bug or snail dishes. I’ll still eat Shrimp, Squid, and Octopus though.
I ate a pizza with dog meat on it unintentionally during a vacation, ordered a pizza without questioning the meat and discovered it was dog meat. I had health issues that night and required hotel service.
Back when I was a practicing Catholic, I once ate a burger and fries on Friday during Lent... I forgot what day t was. For those non-Catholics, you're supposed to only eat fish, no meat, on Fridays.
Yes. I ate tofu in a salad. I thought it's was fine cottage cheese or mozzarella but it was tofu and totally disgusting.
There's no kind of food against any of my beliefs. There's only food I like or not, but I'm still able to adapt to people's beliefs when invited to eat with them for some particular event.
A piece of bread claiming to be Jesus. I wasn't ready to be a cannable yet but they made me eat it anyway!
There is a pussy here and there I've eaten that I'm not going to admit to. I didn't do it. Stop looking at me like that.
I don't have any strict beliefs.
Have tried eating vegan (no meat no eggs only some cow milk in coffee) recently and it does agree with me - but I'm not... a fanatic of it (I love bacon in fact)
I eat almost anything edible... except turtle. I had to turn turtle down.
Candy that had been blessed by some god.
i wasn't a good fit. Turns out it was a cult.
Pork is forbidden in the Bible. How many Christians refrain from eating pork?
yes, but not accidentally, and probably, but their diet is not my responsibility
I try to keep from certain foods but it’s difficult and a little doesn’t hurt
Yes, one time I ate a turkey burger. It was just wrong.
something that's against my beliefs? No, I can enjoy rabbit, while having a pet bunny in the backyard.
Cream cheese.
I hate it when someone sneaks a dish past me with cream cheese as an ingredient. Cream cheese only belongs on a bagel or in cheesecake, NOTHING ELSE!
Just once. I usually say cannibalism is unethical, but she tasted so good…
I tried cow tongue. i was high bad choice on both 😆
I can't say that I have.
