I was joking with my brother a few days ago, and asked him if he liked eating horse hamburger. He just smiled. Yes, beef is way better than horse.

  The only problem with it, is that it's too lean. Cow burger is juicy and delicious because of the fat content. It sounds cruel to kill a horse, but we just accept killing cows.

  Horse hamburger and frozen peas. My brother and I didn't move out, our mother moved out. lol
  That sounds bad, but it wasn't. She got married and moved out, but left us the house and bought the food for us. I was 17, and my brother was 18. We were in hog heaven. It was party central, and even our dog loved the parties. I told the story on here about "Ace" getting drunk on banana daiquiris. (I felt bad)
  The horse meat part was more about growing up poor, and not knowing we were poor. Once we were in our teens, horse meat was just a normal thing. We honestly never knew we were poor, when we were kids. Our bellies were full, and we had a roof over our heads. And when it snowed, it was free! It's only a matter of time before they put a tax on snow. lol
