An insight into my meals Monday to Friday. Breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs with chicken and seasoned with chilli. Lunch is shredded chicken breast, roasted sweet potato and some kind of sauce, usually sweet chilli and garlic. Dinner is basically the same, chicken breast and roasted sweet potato. Extras is a protein shake somewhere in the day. Weekends I only eat when I'm hungry so things are a bit different.

I don't find it weird at all. I tend to do the same throughout the week. It's definitely boring but also clean and healthy. Just remember the good stuff is what comes during the cheat meal of the week.

I do that as well but I’m high protein and only natural carbs on a 1900 calorie intake burning 400 calories daily while eating off that top thin fat layer in thins for May 1. Some muscle mass too.
That's sort of my way of thinking. I've managing to lean up a bit using this alongside the workouts without feeling low energy. Plus it's really easy to prepare with minimal dishes to wash which is always a bonus
