An insight into my meals Monday to Friday. Breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs with chicken and seasoned with chilli. Lunch is shredded chicken breast, roasted sweet potato and some kind of sauce, usually sweet chilli and garlic. Dinner is basically the same, chicken breast and roasted sweet potato. Extras is a protein shake somewhere in the day. Weekends I only eat when I'm hungry so things are a bit different.
