I’m nauseous tonight so nothing, but yesterday I had multigrain bread, grilled on safflower oil with tofu, spinach, basil tomato, red pepper, avocado, mung bean sprouts, portobello mushrooms, melted almond cheese, w/ mild creamy hot sauce.

I took my girlfriend shopping for work clothes, as she just started a new job. We stopped at a seafood restaurant that she likes. (Big surprise. Chinese people LOVE seafood!)
