The worst food I've ever had was in Ireland - bland, greasy, lukewarm, and disgusting. The UK was a close second.
The BEST food I've ever had was in Italy, with Mexico a close second.
A buddy of mine made lasagna once when we visited. It was undercooked, slimy, and vile. We did not go back to his house to eat.
The best food I've ever had was probably Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Cajun-seasoned juicy chicken with thick, perfectly fried potato wedges, all sold out of a gas station but damn if it's not good.

Worst was Donatos pizza where I became terribly sick from food poisoning.
Best is Italy, either in the mountains or Tuscany. But there's lots of other places that were amazing and memorable. My wife's a good cook as well, we do restaurant quality food all the time... spoiled...
I was at a place across the street from Yankee Stadium and I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from there. I was sick as a dog for two days. That was the worst. The best was maybe a standing rib roast I cooked myself a year or so ago

The best I had was from an Amish country. It was a portobello mushroom sandwich that was grilled & very cheesy and came with a side of fries. Worst I've had was a seafood pizza from Red Lobster, it wasn't for me.

Best food undoubtedly Italy worst food here in my homeland though I feel I must say our food isn't as bad as everyone thinks 🤣 it very much depends where you go and how much you're willing to spend
