I usually do. Funny, gag originally chose sexual, I changed it to other, just for gag to upload it as sexual and change it to food and beverage.

I rarely wake up thirsty, but I always have something to drink in the morning whether I feel thirsty or not. It's a good way to start the day. Your body needs it after hours of sleep.

Yes, I have to use a CPAP machine and it dries out my throat.

Maybe your air pressure is set to high that will dry out your mouth and throat.

Maybe next time you see you doctor you should tell him about your dry mouth and throat. When you have a humidifier and you're still getting a dry mouth and throat it usually indicates the pressure is set too high. Excessive dryness and pressure can damage your cilia which are hair like and move mucous out of your lungs
