For breakfast I had a Chinese pastry made at home using flour and beans and walnuts. For lunch I had left over pizza and wings from yesterdays lunch and for dinner I had tomato and egg soup, marinated fish and eggplant mashed in garlic. I also had a latte in the afternoon.

I log everything as I need to ensure my protein intake etc
I had some corned beef hash made with leftover corned beef and potatoes for breakfast
Made a chicken parm sandwich with leftover chicken parm for lunch
Taco salad for dinner.
I don’t eat three meals a day. We’re such a fat, gluttonous, and spoiled people.

I had a fruit smoothie this morning. Chicken sandwich for lunch, and have lentils and sausage in the crockpot for dinner.
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: Leftover slow cooker au gratin potatoes.
Might make something for dinner later, but not sure what yet
Had a omelette with sausage, barbecue potato chips and coffee. That was all
Had a bagel for breakfast, skipped lunch and dinner is undecided
