Looooooove it! Mainly by stouffers. Now as for real homemade lasagna, yes if its a good red sauce but i absolutely hate ricotta and thats the problem with a lot of homemade lasagna. If the mfs would just give it to me without that cottage mf cheese lookin ricotta, we could work sumn out. This restaurant in vegas “Buddy V’s ristorante” has amazing lookin lasagna. I called in to ask if the ricotta could be removed when he cooked mine fresh. Mf waiter said its premade and cannot be removed. So i didn't go by there. Looks amazing on the outside but You just can't avoid it the way its smeared inbetween the layers

You see, the thing about your taste preferences is that you change the recipe or the identity of the food! You have some leeway with lasagna when it comes to the cheeses, but that's only in America. You can't say " I like chicken cordon bleu, but I don't really like the ham or the Swiss cheese, so I'll substitute beef and Cheddar cheese." It's not the same dish anymore !!!

It's interesting that the lasagna served in restaurants in Italy is nothing like what you get here. It's a thinly layered cheese pie with not a lot of sauce. The first time I ordered it, I was very surprised !

I think it's quite OK. What's special about it, to me, is that it's one of the classic dishes of the homeland of my maternal grandfather. Or rather, of my maternal grandfather's four grandparents. So I'm kinda proud that it's internationally so popular, but it doesn't belong to my personal absolute favourites.

Lol its the easiest thing to make. You just need peppers, tomatoes, etc and toasted bread or Italian bread. But i prefer mine to be beef and peppers on garlic bread. Its like a $5 meal lol. Lets Go shop
