For me I love buffalo chicken dip, queso dip, Rotel dip, and taco dip🤤😋.

If I had to choose one for potato chips I would say Kraft Philadelphia Herb and Spice. I also really like most other cheese-based ones like crab dip. If fondue counts as a dip, I really enjoy swiss chess fondues and chocolate fondues. In the Mexican category I love Queso dip, however all the dips you've included look delicious.

I've been working on a garlic-and-giardineria-themed dip of late, since for all its positive aspects, Florida is devoid of Italian beefs. While I haven't quite got it yet, it's looking like it'll work especially well with radish chips, something that's going to prove more useful as time goes by and more people have specific carbohydrate needs.
