Unless your trying to use it to cope or have an addictive personality it's fine if you do. I drank before that age shrugs and I can tell you millions others have most are fine especially ones not in those examples above.

21 is a legal drinking age for a reason. Anyone under the legal drinking age should not be drinking alcohol

Where I live the drinking age is 16 for beer and wine or 18 for other stuff

Depends where, in what country and how much. I think a glass wine or champagne won't kill her if there are people who take care of her if this glass will be too much.

I would never recommend a person break the law... Especially one that is sound. Drinking is shallow and leads to nothing good. But if you must to fit in...

Neah, alchohol is bad at any age not only at 17, it is a road you can't get off very easily, I had an addiction.

I never drank because my Aunt died of liver problems from drinking. May I ask how you were about to overcome your addiction?

@Sunssong Pretty much just gave up on it because of headaches and seeing how bad and depressive I am always after drinking
