Cocco Pebbles and Special K Blueberry. I just tried a new Special K that is Honey and Granola. I used to buy this one serial called Honey Nut Clusters. That used to be my favorite, but the company stopped making it.
With my diabetes, I'm not supposed to eat breakfast cereal by itself because it's not enough carbs, so I usually eat eggs and bacon with toast for breakfast, eat the cereal on the side, or eat the cereal later on as a snack.

  It depends on the type of diet the doctor has the patient on. I take insulin 4 times a day to though. Diabetes isn't what it used to be. I'm newly diagnosed and it's not really about staying away from sugar anymore.
  The endocrinologist told me to eat 6 times a day, 3 meals, 3 snacks and apparently that stabilizes your blood sugar with the right medication. Then I have to reach a carb goal of 60 to 65 carbs per meal. I can't even eat 3 times a day, let alone 6!

  I usually only eat once a day at dinner time. I'd never be able to eat 6 times a day. Thank God I don't have diabetes.

i dont eat breakfast but i do eat breakfast for dinner sometimes and i have a few frosted flakes, fruitloops lucky charms and crunch berries

I had cereal every week as a kid but when my grandma moved in at 16 we replaced cereal with porridge. I liked a chocolate one that I think was called Cap'n Crunch. Not sure cause I was 9 when I ate it so I do not remember what it was called.

  Oh. It's basically a healthier version of lucky charms (still pretty sugary). The brand is "Mom's Best Cereals." I love Cascadian Farm's vanilla berry puffs as well, they taste like captain crunch cereal.
