Do you ever wear an apron when you are cooking?

verytime i cook i wear one, just today it saved my dress from getting ruined by coffee stain cause I reversed coffee while cooking. It just fell on my apron and my dress didn't got any stain.

My wife thinks I'm crazy but I usually cook shirtless. I have "asbestos torso". Hot oil splashing onto my chest doesn't phase me so much.

The few times I sorta wish I wore an apron is with caramelized sugar. I've sometimes spilled the burning sugar on my chest or belly and then it's much, much worse than splashing oil. That stuff hardens quickly and you try to peel it off and it peels off multiple layers of your skin. I have some scars across my torso (and even feet since I cook with bare feet) But I found that infrequent enough that I still don't bother with an apron.

Very very very rarely. Like if I've dressed up for the occasion. Otherwise, no apron. Nothing against them, just don't.

I wear an apron if I'm baking, because I get flour everywhere. I also wear an an apron when I cook with my son because we both have our aprons and he insists we both wear them, it's very sweet.

I almost always wear an apron, usually a pinafore. I never cook without an apron. Sometimes I put a prairie apron over my pinafore so I've always got a clean apron on.

When baking for sure otherwise I have flour all over my clothes and other times when cooking. My hubby always wears an apron when cooking or grilling.

Depends on the level of mess I expect to make. Anything involving flour, oil or a tomato based sauce needs an apron for me, or an old T-shirt I don't care about staining.
