Which do you prefer English or welsh food?

I have to admit, I don't know enough about Welsh food to vote, but of those two dishes, I'd start with the Welsh dish and finish with the English dish. Both look like something I'd try.

No cawl is like a soup made with lamb, potato, leeks, carrot etc often served with cheese crumbled on top. There's a my take on it in my pro.
